If the government rejects your application, you are eligible for a full refund of the Visaly processing fee related to the number of rejected applicants. However, guided visa services cannot be refunded if the application is denied. Government fees cannot be refunded.
Yes. The Visaly system does not retain your credit card information after the transaction is processed.
